Notice and apology regarding unauthorized access
It has come to our attention that an external party gained unauthorized access to the servers of the foreign language online booking system, managed by Fastbooking, used at our associate hotels, RIHGA Royal Hotel Niihama and RIHGA Royal Gran Okinawa.
We understand that in the process, some customers' personal information was leaked.
We sincerely apologize to all our customers and associated individuals for the deep concern and inconvenience caused by this incident.
