Take the skywalk directly from JR Kokura station, located near the north exit.
Board the airport limousine bus bound for JR Kokura station. The ride is about 1 hour, 30 minutes and buses depart daily between 8:30 and 21:15. The fee is 1,200 yen.

This sightseeing attraction is a reconstruction of Moji port. Fashioned in the early twentieth century Taisho style, the buildings, hotels and shops around JR Mojiko station make a beautiful urban attraction.

Shimonoseki is the first city encountered after passing through the Kanmon tunnel from Honshu to Kyushu. The tunnel passes under the Straits of Shimonoseki, the site of a historical battle in the Genpei War and known for bountiful seafood. Gaze out over the straits from the top of Kaikyo Yume Tower or visit the porpoises at the aquarium.

Located in the Kokura Kita district of Kitakyushu, Kokura Castle is a popular tour spot. The grounds are separated into five sections: history, castle life, video re-creations, exhibits & events, and panoramic views from the top of the donjon. It is a 15-minute walk from JR Kokura station.
