Q.I’d like to send my luggage in advance. Can you keep it?

A.Please feel free to send your luggage to the address below. We are happy to hold any items until check-in, but we kindly ask that guests pay all shipping fees before sending any items to our hotel. Please make sure to write down your name(registered name) and check-in date.

Q.Can I change or cancel the reservation?

A.You can change or cancel reservations made through our official website or email. If you booked through another booking website or a travel agent, you need to change or cancel your reservation through them. Please follow their policies.

Q.Please tell me about the cancellation policy.

A.1 day prior to the accommodation day : 20%.
The day of the accommodation : 80%
Cancellation without notification : 100%.

Q.Can I ask for a room on a higher floor or with a good view?

A.We accept requests, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you. We will do our best to meet your request.

Q.I booked twin room. Can I ask for a room by Okuma garden view ?

A.Unfortunately, all twin rooms (38 sq.m) and double rooms (31 sq.m) face towards Shin-Mejiro street. Some of our double rooms (32 to 38 sq.m) face towards Okuma garden and we accept requests, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you. All of our Junior Suite twin rooms (42 to 49 sq.m) and Junior Suite double rooms (49 sq.m) face towards Okuma garden.

Q.I booked the rooms separately. Can I stay at the same room?

A.If you booked the same type of rooms, you can stay in the same room without checking out. Please inform us after you made these reservations.
*You need to check-out once when you book with the time limit plan.

Q.If I book the different room each day, do I need to check-out each time?

A.There is no need to check-out each time, but we ask you to pack up your luggage and leave it in the room. Please return your room key at the reception when you go out, and we will move your luggage to the new room.

Q.Please let us know your check-in / check-out time.

A.Check-in time is from 3:00PM and check-out time is until 11:00 AM. (It may differ depending on the plan.) Staff are available 24/7, so there is no cut-off time to check-in and no evening curfew.

Q.Can I keep my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

A.Our staff can hold your luggage all day, both before check-in and after check-out.

Q.Is it possible to check in before 3:00PM?

A.Unfortunately, we cannot offer early check ins. If you need to check in early, depending on availability, early check ins are available with an additional fee.

Q.If someone other than the guest wants to pay for the accommodation ?

A.We accept payment the day before check-in by credit card. Please contact us and we will send the payment information by email.

Q.Can I use internet in the room?

A.Free wireless internet service available in all guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls and lobby. Please note that wired internet service is not available. (Please contact staff for the required password.)

Q.Do you have a bed guard?

A.For children between the ages of 1.5 and 5 years old we have beds with bed rails which meet safety regulations. Please understand that there is a limited number of units.

Q.Do you have a crib or baby bed?

A.Baby cots are available for babies age 0 to 24 months for no additional charge. Please understand that there is a limited number of units and that some rooms may not be able to accommodate a crib, due to the size of the room.

Q.Is it possible to share a bed with children?

A.For children under 6 years old, an additional bed is not necessary. Children 6 years of age and over will be charged the same rate as adults. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Q.Are the children’s pajamas and amenities?

A.Size 110 cm children’s pajamas (approx. US size 5), toothbrush, and slippers are available. Please understand that supplies are limited.

Q.Do you have a handicapped room?

A.We offer 1 room with a bath and toilet that wheelchair users can use comfortably (twin room 38 sq.m). Please contact us in advance for the availability. There is a wheelchair accessible restroom on the first floor as well.

Q.How are beds arranged when booking a Junior suite for 4 people?

A.For Junior suite twin rooms, we will prepare one extra bed in the bedroom and one in the living room. Therefore, there will be 3 single beds in the bedroom and 1 single bed in the living room, totaling 4 beds. For Junior suite double rooms, we will prepare two extra beds in the living room. Therefore, there will be 1 double bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds in the living room, totaling 3 beds.

Q.Are there charge for children to eat breakfast, even if they are sharing a bed with an adult?

A.For the buffet breakfast at Dining Ferio, there is no charge for breakfast for children ages 2 years and under. The price for elementary school children (ages 7-12) is 1,900 yen, and the fee for toddlers (ages 3-6) is 1,200 yen, tax and service fees included.

Q.From what time is room service available?

A.Guests can order room service from 7:00AM to 9:00PM.

Q.Do you have any connecting rooms?

A.Connecting rooms can be provided with twin rooms (38 sq.m) only. If you want to reserve connecting rooms, please inform us in advance.

Q.What if I left something behind in a room?

A.Please contact lost and found with the description of the lost item, guest name and dates of stay.

Facility & Services

Q.Is there a parking lot?

A.Guests who stay with us may use the parking lot for JPY1,500 per night for one car. Height limit is 2.4m. Please present your parking ticket at the reception when you check in.

Q.Is there a shuttle bus to the hotel?

A.Our shuttle bus goes to and from the Waseda exit of JR Takadanobaba station on weekends and holidays. Please refer to the URL for details.

Q.Can you prepare an anniversary cake and flowers to celebrate a special occasion ?

A.We can prepare a 12cm in diameter, round strawberry cake with a message, as well as bouquets and flower arrangements according to your budget. Please inform us at least 3 days prior to your arrival.

Q.Can you send the luggage to the airport?

A.We can arrange delivery service with an extra airport fee of 660 yen in addition to the normal delivery charge. You need to send luggage 2 days prior to your flight date.

Q.Can I book a taxi from the airport to the hotel?

A.We accept taxi reservations from both Narita and Haneda airport. The fare will be JPY28,570 from Narita airport, JPY 11,620 from Haneda airport. Maximum 4 people and 2 suitcases in one taxi. Please inform us at least 3 days prior to your arrival if you wish to make a reservation.

Q.Are swimming pool and gym free of charge?

A.Our Health Club is a members’ club, which can be used by non-member guests who are staying at the hotel for an additional charge of JPY 3,300 per person, per entry. We ask that guests ages 6 and under kindly refrain from entering and using the Health Club. Guests over 18 years old are allowed use of the gym. The facilities may be used only during your stay, between check in and check out.

Q.Where can I exchange foreign currency?

A.There is a foreign currency exchange machine in the lobby on the 1st floor(USD/EUR/GBP/KRW/CAD/CNY/AUD).

Q.Is there a nursing room?

A.We have a nursing room on the second floor of our hotel. In addition, the women`s restroom on the 1st floor has diaper changing tables.

Restaurants

Q.Can I reserve breakfast?

A.Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations for breakfast. Seating operates on a first-come-first-served basis. We appreciate your understanding.

Q.Do you have a children’s chair?

A.We have high chairs without seat belts.

Q.Can I bring strollers into the restaurant?

A.Strollers are allowed in all our in-house restaurants.

Q.Is the hotel wheelchair friendly?

A.Our hotel is completely wheelchair accessible. Rental wheelchairs which may only be used within the hotel are available for guests who have limited mobility. To access each restaurant, there is a staircase, but our staff are happy to assist you.

Q.Do they have a dress code?

A.All of our restaurants do not require a dress code.

Q.I am allergic to certain foods. Can I change the menu?

A.We will do our best to make substitutions to suit the needs of our guests. For your convenience, please contact us in advance for any special changes to the menu.

Q.Is there a convenience store nearby?

A.The closest convenience store is about 3 minutes away from our hotel on foot.

Q.How to get to Disneyland?

A.Walk to Edogawabashi station about 10 minutes. Take the subway (Tokyo Metro Yuraku-cho Line) to Shin-Kiba station (25 minutes), then change to the JR Keiyo Line and get off at Maihama station (6 minutes). Including transfer lines it takes about 50 minutes from the hotel.

Q.Can you see cherry blossoms nearby?

A.A few minutes' walk will bring you to the Kanda River, and you can see many cherry blossoms there from the end of March to the beginning of April. It is a quiet and peaceful spot for cherry blossoms. Edogawa Park and Higo-Hosokawa Garden are also 5 minutes away on foot.

Q.Is there a public bath?

A.While we do have a pool and jacuzzi in our facilities, unfortunately we don’t have a public bath. Our reception staff is happy to direct you to local public baths.
