Notice regarding unauthorized access and distribution of impersonation messages.

On 4th September 2024, Wednesday, the hotel discovered that the reservations management system of Booking.com was illegally accessed and spoofed emails were sent to some customers.

We would like to request that the customers do NOT access the URL links of the emails that have been sent.

The cause of the problem is currently under investigation, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Notice of Breakfast Renewal and Price Revision

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Dining & Lounge KOTONA.

We are pleased to announce that our breakfast offerings will be renewed with a more diverse and enjoyable menu. Accordingly, starting from breakfast served on Monday, June 8, 2026, the breakfast buffet prices will be revised as follows.

From the renewal, we will introduce live station cooking, allowing guests to enjoy freshly prepared dishes on the spot. We will offer an even wider variety of menu selections than before. We hope you look forward to the newly enhanced breakfast experience at RIHGA Gran Kyoto.
