Information Due to
the Approaching Typhoon
As Typhoon No. 9 approaches, the safety and well-being of our guests remain our highest priority.
Accordingly, some hotel facilities and services may be subject to operational changes.
Operational Changes (July 10–11)
| 18F Public Bath / Infinity Pool / TWILIGHT BAR | Operations may be suspended depending on weather conditions. |

Please note that hotel operations may change further depending on weather conditions.
For your safety, we kindly ask guests to refrain from unnecessary outings and remain indoors whenever possible.
[Power Outage Information]
There is a possibility of power outages due to the typhoon.
In the event of an outage, the following impacts are anticipated
- Air conditioning, bathroom facilities, televisions, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and IH cooking appliances in guest rooms will be unavailable.
- Telephone service to the Front Desk may be interrupted.
- Elevators will be out of service.
- Toilets can be operated manually (separate instructions will be provided).
- Flashlights are available in all guest rooms.
Should a power outage occur, we kindly ask that you remain in your room until power service is restored for your safety.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
